Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy:

• Customers must have the invoice and the product's warranty must not have  expired.
• Refunds with money are not available, only product replacements available.
• If products are damaged or faulty or not matched the product description upon receipt, Smartex home IoT will replace the product.
• Smartex home IoT will not replace products for customer faulty installations.
• Shipping Fee for the replacement of products requested by customer is not on Smartext Home IoT.
